Synthetischer Remount-Test (schlaegt ohne Cache fehl) ergaenzt, Seitengroessen-Erwartung angepasst; Gesamtlauf 1.631 bestanden/16 uebersprungen, beide Builds erfolgreich. Offen: erster Workspace-Load ~8,6 s (Netzwerk-Wasserfall inkl. elf sequenzieller Baseline-Analysen plus ~3,5 s Main-Thread).

Result-DB-JSON-Export folgt weiterhin den aktiven Filtern, unter dem Deviation-Standard also ohne Environment-Fakten. Kein Reimport, keine Migration.
Synthetische Work-/Result-DB-Regression, keine Migration, kein Reimport.

Verified 2026-09-23 (Phase 7 and Phase 13D review fixes): Scoped Defender acceptance now rejects a device not present in the selected same-CVE source occurrence while retaining cross-occurrence identity conflict detection. Saved ISO mappings remain available during Qdrant outages. AI Overview preserves and labels the last successful result after a failed regeneration. Synthetic domain, repository-command, service and rendered-panel regressions pass; standard suite 1,576 passed/16 opt-in skipped, builds/typechecks and local-only/design checks pass. No database or scanner-data mutation. Existing device-finding decisions from the affected source pattern need provenance review; no historical decision was silently rewritten.

The synthetic 8,257-record benchmark initially measured 5,360 ms cold / 398 ms repeated. Focused post-change runs measured 623–978 ms cold / 1 ms repeated; concurrent full-suite load raised cold times, so those runs are not directly comparable. The reliable regression invariant is zero source-field reads on an unchanged repeat visit. No tenant data, source artifacts or database schema were changed for these measurements.

## Observations on 2026-09-24 (first workspace load)
Production build, authorized dummy (1,113 aggregate records, 948 GPO settings, 11 referenced Microsoft baselines). Before: Data Hub loaded the complete workspace for its tenant summary and Open loaded the identical scope again; Open took ~8.6 s, of which ~5 s were a sequential request waterfall (including eleven one-at-a-time baseline analyses of 2–4 MB each) and ~3 s a main-thread block in `appendPolicyObservationsToDataset`.
| Cause | Control |
| --- | --- |
| Open repeated Data Hub's identical workspace load. | One-time handoff for the exact normalized scope, at most 60 s old and only while no mutating API request started or settled since the load began (`workspace-load-handoff.ts`). |
| GPO policy requests waited for the scanner model. | With an explicit assessment scope the policy chain starts alongside the model load; its failure is still reported. |
| Baseline analyses loaded strictly sequentially. | At most three in flight; completion order cannot change guidance because each baseline writes only its own result IDs. |
| Row analysis repeated header-only work per row and locale-lowercased every cell twice. | Header order/traits once per header list (identity cache holding a copy, so mutation is detected); cells cleaned once; `toLowerCase()` in per-cell paths, pinned equal to `toLocaleLowerCase('de-DE')` by a regression test. |
After: Open following a settled Data Hub selection 0.7 s; tenant click straight to Client Info ~5.2 s (previously the Data Hub load plus 8.6 s). Output was verified byte-identical before and after. The remaining cost is the main-thread dataset build (~1.9 s block in this sweep) because GPO rows are analyzed for both the GPO and the aggregate sheet. Wall-clock values are observations from a hidden desktop browser pane and varied by up to 3× between sessions; `tests/features/workspace-load-performance.test.ts` guards the behavior with deterministic checks.
