(cherry picked from commit 83284c2183)

Conflicts resolved against AI-integration: kept CVE enrichment display
fields, regulatory mapping, Defender for IoT scoring aliases and the
extracted public-security-topics module alongside the Result DB,
source-rule-id, canonical-title and Maester changes. Updated the
zero-inference test to the new Purple Knight AD fact labels.
