Michael	e933a9b421	docs: Management-Report-Entwuerfe 2026-09-29 (Dummy) ... Die fuenf im Umsetzungsplan referenzierten HTML-Entwuerfe mit ihren lokalen Assets (Inter, Icon) als Beleg der Phase-7-Planeintraege. Nur Daten des freigegebenen Dummy-Clients; keine externen Ressourcen, keine Skripte. Das Icon ist trotz *.png-Regel gezielt aufgenommen. Lokale Download-ZIPs werden per .gitignore ausgeschlossen.
